Where it used to go

For over a decade before Le Espresso existed, this factory made clothes for big fashion labels across Europe. Every batch went through quality checks strict enough to reject the whole lot over a single crooked seam. The clothes carried someone else's name, sold in stores you've probably walked past, made by hands you'd never hear about.

Where it goes now

Since 2012, that same factory makes clothes for you instead. The floor hasn't changed, the hands haven't changed, and the checks that used to reject a batch over one crooked seam are still exactly as strict, applied the same way, batch after batch. Nothing here got easier just because the buyer changed. The only real difference is that this time, the name on the tag is one you're meant to know, and the person wearing it is someone we actually made it for."

What we're holding onto?

The floor doesn't know which door a garment is leaving through. It checks the same way either time, whether the order is headed to Europe or to you. As we grow, that's the only thing we're trying to keep true: no shortcut on one side that the other side wouldn't also take, no corner cut quietly just because the customer is closer to home.
