Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using leespresso.in (the "Site"), operated by Aravind Creations ("Le Espresso", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.

Products and Pricing

• All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colours, fabric, and sizing information; however, actual product colour may vary slightly due to screen / display settings.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price applicable to an already-confirmed order will not change.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pincodes, subject to a ₹50 handling fee, as described in our Shipping Policy.
• An order confirmation email or message does not guarantee product availability; in rare cases of stock discrepancy, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Shipping timelines, return / exchange eligibility, and refund terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site — including the Le Espresso name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, and text — is the property of Aravind Creations or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent COD orders
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant Le Espresso a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe any third party's rights.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Le Espresso / Aravind Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including delays caused by third-party courier or payment partners.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aravind Creations, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier / logistics disruptions, government action, or other events of force majeure.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
