Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes via our logistics partners. Serviceability for a specific pincode is confirmed at checkout or on the product page.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Orders placed during sale periods or on pre-order items may take longer; the applicable timeline will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, and is provided by our courier partner. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • You will receive tracking details via email / SMS / WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Orders below ₹799 Flat ₹70 shipping fee, shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD handling fee ₹50, charged in addition to the order value and shown at checkout
  • We may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm high-value or first-time COD orders before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled or converted to prepaid at our discretion.
  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders on that account / number.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels depending on warehouse location and stock availability. This does not incur any extra shipping charge to the customer.

Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery

  • Our courier partner will make reasonable delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be returned to us.
  • For prepaid orders returned this way, we will refund the product value after deducting return shipping costs, once the parcel is received back. For COD orders, no charge applies as payment was not yet collected.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. This policy will be updated if and when international shipping becomes available.
